End-to-end coordination of audiovisual projects AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION MANAGER Naucalpan, State of Mexico Monday to Friday \| 09:00 to 18:00 hrs (100% on-site) $30,000 to $35,000 monthly \+ 13% in food vouchers \+ Statutory benefits Position Objective Strategically and operationally lead the Audiovisual Production department, ensuring proper execution of content for corporate events, LED screens, streaming, and large-scale digital formats. Our Ideal Candidate A professional with experience in audiovisual production companies or BTL agencies, demonstrating proven leadership, planning capability, cost control, and technical supervision in demanding production environments. Essential Requirements * 5 to 7 years of experience in audiovisual production. * Experience in coordinating or managing technical and creative teams. * Knowledge of: * Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci. * HD, 2K, and 4K resolutions. * Formats for LED screens and pixel pitch. * Experience supervising pre-production, production, and post-production. * Budget control and vendor management. * Experience working under pressure. * Stable employment history. Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate audiovisual projects from inception to completion. * Supervise technical deliverables prior to setup. * Validate quality and adherence to timelines. * Manage internal and external teams. * Ensure project profitability. * Participate in strategic presentations.
