· Knowledge of large-volume food preparation.

Responsibilities
· Preparation and monitoring of standardized recipes.
· Large-volume food preparation for distribution.
· Cooking of proteins, sauces, soups, side dishes, and base preparations.
· Quality control, taste evaluation, and food presentation.
· Reporting of incidents and support to the chef or supervisor.
· Cleaning and sanitization of areas, utensils, and equipment.
· Waste and spoilage control and reduction.
· Packaging, labeling, and organization of production.
· Proper handling of kitchen equipment.
· Assistance with distribution and service in on-site cafeterias.
Salary: $13,000\.00 per month
