Implementation of tactics to improve visibility and traffic **Web Designer and Developer / SEO-SEM Specialist** **Job Summary** We are looking for a versatile professional with experience in web design and development, as well as search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to create attractive and functional user experiences while implementing effective tactics to improve organic and paid visibility and traffic. **Responsibilities** * Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX). * Develop responsive and efficient websites using modern web technologies. * Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. * Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across various advertising platforms. * Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design, development, and marketing strategies. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design, SEO, and SEM. **Requirements** * Proven experience in web design and development (portfolio required). * Proficiency in markup and styling languages (HTML, CSS) and scripting languages (JavaScript). * Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries. * Demonstrated experience implementing SEO and SEM strategies. * Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign management tools. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly. * Required proficiency in Adobe design software (Illustrator, Photoshop). * Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing/Digital design, interactive media, or web development. * We offer a salary of $10,000 to $13,000 depending on experience and expertise. * 5528229449 Salary: $9,751.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
