Today, we seek an analytical, strategic, and highly structured professional to join us as: Tender Specialist (Comprehensive Service Solution Design) This position will be pivotal in the technical and operational construction of proposals for high-impact hospital projects within the healthcare sector. We seek a candidate capable of comprehensively understanding hospital operations, designing viable solutions, and serving as a strategic liaison among technical, operational, commercial teams, and suppliers. **What will be your mission?** Design and structure technical-operational proposals for Comprehensive Service projects in the healthcare sector, ensuring operational feasibility, technical alignment, and proper execution following award. Your work will have direct impact on the operational continuity of hospitals and specialized medical services. **Key Responsibilities During the Tender Process:** * Identification and analysis of events and line items. * Sourcing and evaluation of potential strategic suppliers. * Participation in the assembly and validation of technical proposals. * Validation that offered equipment is consistent with currently installed infrastructure and equipment. * Coordination with service, contracts, and maintenance departments to ensure operational feasibility. * Tracking progress and deliverable compliance throughout the process. * Participation in the integration of financial proposals: * Cost estimation * Analysis of charges * % CM (Commercial Margin) * Validation of authorized brands * Technical-economic consistency. Post-Award: * Preparation and management of authorized brand files. * Coordination of consignment and procurement with suppliers. * Ensuring correct alignment among consumption, brands, and operations. * Training technicians, supervisors, and control room staff on operational processes and information entry. * Conducting periodic operational audits and follow-ups. * Identifying opportunities for improvement and issuing recommendations for continuous improvement and future projects. **Required Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree with official title and professional license — MANDATORY. * Experience in tenders for Comprehensive Services within the healthcare sector. * Strong analytical and administrative capabilities. * Excellent organizational and tracking skills. * Ability to coordinate across departments. * Proficiency in handling technical and financial information. * Desirable experience in: * Medical devices * Hospital equipment * Comprehensive services * Hospital operations. *What matters most to us* We seek a person who understands that behind every proposal lies a real hospital operation — doctors, patients, and services dependent on sound technical and administrative planning.
