This role is responsible for **defining and executing the commercial strategy**, leading a high-performing team, and accelerating business growth—both through **acquisition of new Telco clients** and **expansion of existing accounts**. The role works closely with **Product, Technology, and Implementation teams** to design and deploy high-impact Conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients. The primary objective is to **position the company as a strategic partner for Telcos**, building long-term relationships, closing new business, and maximizing value generated per account. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- ### **Telco Business Strategy and Growth** * Define the Telco business strategy aligned with growth and revenue objectives. * Deeply understand the telecom industry’s business model, challenges, and trends. * Own P&L, pipeline, and sustainable growth of the Telco vertical. ### **New Client Acquisition** * Build relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level and VPs) at Telcos. * Identify, prospect, and close strategic new accounts. * Execute consultative sales processes and tailor-made solution selling. ### **Expansion and Management of Existing Accounts** * Lead renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth. * Develop account plans, QBRs, and executive-level follow-up. * Act as a strategic client partner, focused on delivering measurable outcomes. ### **Cross-Functional Collaboration** * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to co-create scalable solutions. * Translate client insights into product improvements and roadmap priorities. * Ensure flawless end-to-end execution. ### **Team Leadership** * Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial team. * Define clear KPIs, foster a culture of accountability, and drive continuous improvement. * Promote collaboration, commercial discipline, and results orientation. ### **Performance Management and Analytics** * Monitor pipeline, forecast, revenue, and key metrics. * Make data-driven decisions and generate actionable insights. * Report progress and strategic recommendations to leadership. **Ideal Profile** ---------------- * 8+ years of experience in B2B commercial leadership, enterprise sales, or business development. * Experience in technology, telecommunications, or digital transformation (preferred). * Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing strategic accounts. * Strong focus on consultative and complex solution selling. * Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and instill accountability. * Excellent negotiation skills and executive-level relationship management. * Strategic thinking, analytical orientation, and process discipline. * Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and adaptability to change. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. * Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written). **What Will Make This Role Successful** ---------------------------------- * Achieve sustainable growth in Telco vertical revenue (~30% annually). * Close new strategic accounts with high annual contract value. * Maintain a robust pipeline and reliable forecasts. * Build a strong, scalable commercial team. * Achieve high enterprise client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. **Culture** ----------- We seek leaders who: * Collaborate authentically and build trust. * Continuously evolve and challenge the status quo. * Act as owners of the business. * Focus on creating real, measurable value. * Simplify complexity. * Always act with integrity.
