Providing continuous feedback to improve results **Department Store Coordination** We are a Promotional Marketing Agency with over 45 years of experience. **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper execution of in-store demonstrations, enhance customer preference through guided experiences, and achieve daily objectives via close on-floor supervision and team leadership. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field * Personal vehicle **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in similar roles within promotional settings (demonstrations, promotions, or direct customer service) * Experience coordinating on-floor teams * Monitoring daily performance indicators and meeting objectives * Managing direct customer interactions and resolving objections **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the in-store demonstration team * Ensure proper execution of demonstration activities * Track each customer interaction precisely to support product placement * Monitor daily performance and ensure achievement of established targets * Provide consistent feedback to the team to improve results * Maintain high standards of on-floor presence and attitude **Skills and Competencies:** * Effective and persuasive communication * Operational leadership * Results-oriented mindset * Analytical and follow-up capabilities * Objection handling * Focus on objective achievement **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 12:00–20:00 hrs **We Offer:** * $21,000 monthly * $4,500 monthly bonus * Statutory benefits We are an organization committed to the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
