By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms—because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role?** * Support Bombardier Mexico production units (Stress MRB) and interact with other group sites for technical collaboration. * Execute medium-to-high complexity stress engineering assignments requiring knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines (manufacturing, materials, design, etc.). * Develop medium-to-high complexity plans and recommend changes to plans and/or specifications to address specific issues. * Generate documentation for approval by senior professionals. * Review work produced by peers. * Deliver specific outputs related to reviews (e.g., provide project status, estimate costs for simple tasks). * Learn and apply Bombardier standards and practices while developing solutions using various techniques. * Provide guidance to new team members. * May be responsible for work packages. ### **How to Thrive in This Role?** * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in structural analysis-focused engineering roles. * Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field. * Advanced-level English proficiency. * Experience in structural analysis. * Knowledge of: + Mechanical design, structural analysis, and mechanics of materials (required). + Vibration analysis of systems (desirable). + Low Cycle Fatigue [LCF] and High Cycle Fatigue [HCF] (a plus). + Aircraft component certification requirements (a plus). + Structural engineering standards and processes (desirable). + Design standards and blueprint interpretation (a plus). + Proficiency in MS Office, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ANSYS APDL/Workbench, HyperMesh, VBA (a plus), CATIA V5 (a plus), Unigraphics NX (a plus). **Now that you see yourself in this role, submit your application and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
