We are seeking a **Plastic Injection and Blow Molding Technician** with experience in production processes, machinery setup, and optimization of operational parameters, focused on ensuring production quality and efficiency. Profile: * Technical degree in Plastics, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in: * plastic injection and blow molding processes * mold assembly * parameter adjustment * machine startup * Knowledge of plastic resin handling. * Availability to rotate shifts. Responsibilities: · Startup and adjustment of injection and blow molding machines. · Mold assembly and disassembly. * Process parameter adjustment. * Product quality monitoring. * Troubleshooting and correction of manufacturing defects. * Material and color change. * Parameter recording and production reporting. * Compliance with safety and quality standards.
