As the Planning Manager, you are the brain enabling our technological infrastructure to translate into daily trust for families. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for turning business strategy into efficient operational reality, ensuring every resource is allocated with surgical precision. * **Planning and Scaling:** Design and standardize the operational flow model aligned with the company’s roadmap. * **Data-Driven Operations:** Replace intuition-based decisions with clear metrics, dashboards, and KPIs. Ensure integrity of field-sourced data (GPS, telemetry, attendance). * **Cross-Functional Alignment:** Act as the bridge between Sales, Technology, and Finance to ensure logistical capacity meets commercial demand. * **Asset Efficiency:** Collaborate with Finance to improve asset utilization and working capital efficiency. **Who Are You?** * **Flow Expert:** Minimum 5 years of recent experience in planning for the Traditional Channel (mass consumption, manufacturing, Rabbit-type, PepsiCo — not necessarily from transportation). * **Analytical and Strategic:** Ability to make high-quality decisions under high-pressure conditions, balancing data and judgment. * **Process Architect:** Someone who believes in systems and processes over "individual heroics". **Availability:** Hybrid schedule (initial full focus at Observatorio for 3 months to absorb field realities; thereafter 2 days at Polanco / 3 days at Observatorio). Salary: $35,000.00 \- $55,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
