We are seeking a **Payroll Analyst** with solid experience in end-to-end payroll processes, managing large headcount, and tax compliance—detail-oriented and results-driven. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 3 years of payroll experience * Experience managing high-volume payrolls / large headcount * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Nóminas and SAT portal * Knowledge of Income Tax (ISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), National Workers’ Savings Fund (FONACOT), and CFDI 4\.0 * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience performing manual payroll calculations, severance payments (finiquitos), and settlements (liquidaciones) * Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency * Employment stability is highly valued **Main Responsibilities** * Processing and validating weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls * Managing incidents, severance payments (finiquitos), and IMSS-related transactions * Calculating Daily Integrated Wage (SDI), taxes, and employer-employee contributions * Electronic payroll stamping (timbrado) and tax compliance * Employee support and internal follow-up * Preparing reports and maintaining document control **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits from day one * Discounts starting from the third month of employment at various restaurants, gyms, optical stores, and other benefits * Job stability and professional growth * Excellent work environment **Location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.** If you have experience in high-volume payroll processing and seek stability and career development, **apply now!**
