Job stability in an operational and commercial role At ReduFacil, we seek an operational and commercial profile to support the execution of branch-level marketing strategies and directly participate in the sales process. This position is ideal for individuals with sales experience who wish to develop their careers in the field-based commercial and marketing areas. **Responsibilities** Implementation of promotions and campaigns at branches Supervision of commercial activities at clinics Direct sales support with customers Prospect follow-up and scheduling Handling objections and closing sales Support in activations to attract patients Branch-level performance tracking Improvement of commercial process execution **Requirements** Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or Marketing) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service Experience working at branches or in the field (preferred) Strong verbal communication skills and results-oriented mindset Willingness to travel between branches **We Offer** Base monthly salary of $12,000 Ongoing training Growth opportunities Job stability Commercial area development **Important Notes** The position is 100% operational (not office-only) Direct participation in sales and customer service is required This is not a digital marketing-focused position **Schedule:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:20 AM \- 7:30 PM (2-hour lunch break from 2 \- 4 PM), Wednesday from 9:20 \- 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 8:50 AM \- 2:00 PM. Day off: Sunday Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
