Job Summary: Construkom is seeking an Internal Auditor - Process Analyst to develop and standardize processes, ensuring operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, document, and standardize processes 2. Ensure proper operation and regulatory compliance 3. Integrate the Management System (Quality, Safety, Processes, Auditing) Construkom, focused on serial housing development, is currently seeking: \-**Internal Auditor \- Process Analyst\-** Job Objective: To develop, document, and standardize processes, ensuring proper operation, regulatory compliance, and integration of the Management System (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Processes, and Auditing). **To achieve this, we are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in the following areas:** * Core knowledge: ISO 9001 / ISO 45001, 14001 (desirable) * Knowledge of construction-related NOMs (Mexican Official Standards) * Risk analysis (matrices, heat maps, IPERC) * Development of flowcharts (BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharts, RACI matrices) * Technical writing * Document management * Preparation of meeting minutes and audit finding reports * Follow-up on action plans **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts) * Process modeling; knowledge of construction processes (desirable) * Continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, Six Sigma, Lean) We Offer: **Gross Monthly Salary: $20,000** Statutory benefits Work location: Barranca del Muerto (occasionally Morelos) If you fully meet the profile, please apply through this channel.
