Development in international logistics **Universal Cargo**, Mexico's most agile, human-centered, and professional international logistics company, is looking for your talent as an **Operations Intern**. **What do you need?** * Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, or related field. * Must have voluntary insurance. * Basic knowledge of maritime, air, and/or land transportation. * Knowledge of INCOTERMS. * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service orientation. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze client instructions and scope of required services. * Track ongoing operations. * Review rates for each operation. * Responsible for reviewing documentation and information provided by the client. * Monitor ongoing service and operational status. **We offer:** * Monthly financial support. * Continuous training. * Opportunity for direct hiring with benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **Location** Colonia del Valle, CDMX. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM.
