Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Alignment Technician to correct steering, thrust, and drag angles; diagnose suspension and steering systems; and ensure technical precision in all work. Dr. Gustavo Baz 232, Hacienda de Echegaray, 53300 Naucalpan de Juárez, Méx. Main Responsibilities: * **Alignment and Balancing:** Correct steering, thrust, and drag angles using **BeeLine** equipment, plus perform wheel balancing and steering wheel centering. * **Suspension and Steering Diagnosis:** Mechanically inspect both systems to identify angular deviations (*caster, camber, toe*) affecting tire wear and safety. * **Warranty and Communication:** Ensure technical accuracy of all work and clearly explain results to customers to build service trust. Requirements: \- Education: High school diploma / Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field \- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience / recent graduates welcome \- Ability to work effectively in a team environment \- Candidates must be eager to learn and join our team to carry out the tasks described above.
