Position Summary: This role seeks a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance of the manufacturing site by managing regulatory procedures and maintaining sanitary records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure regulatory compliance of the manufacturing site 2. Manage regulatory procedures and maintain sanitary records 3. Serve as the technical liaison with health authorities We are looking for your talent as a REGULATORY COMPLIANCE ANALYST Your primary objective will be to ensure regulatory compliance of the manufacturing site through timely management of regulatory procedures, maintenance of sanitary records, and alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable national and international regulations, acting as the technical liaison between the plant and health authorities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (QFB), Pharmaceutical and Industrial Chemistry (QFI), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), or related field (degree required) Languages: Technical English Experience: 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Knowledge: Technical knowledge of sanitary regulation for drugs and medical devices; compliance with national standards (General Health Law, Regulation on Health Inputs, Regulation on Sanitary Control of Products and Services, NOM-059-SSA, NOM-241-SSA, guidelines issued by COFEPRIS, FEUM, and supplements.
