Collaborate in quality improvement and hospital accreditation processes Join our constellation—we are looking for a Radiologist to work at Starmedica Santa Fe. **Job Objective** To deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic imaging services that support clinical decision-making while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of hospital care. **Key Responsibilities** * Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including conventional radiography, ultrasound, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. * Prepare clear, accurate, and timely radiology reports. * Supervise technical staff in the proper execution of imaging procedures. * Ensure compliance with radiological safety and patient protection protocols. * Monitor appropriate use and functionality of imaging equipment. * Collaborate in quality initiatives, medical audits, and hospital accreditation processes. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications** * Medical degree with official license and professional registration. * Specialty certification in Radiology and Imaging with official license and specialty registration. * Valid certification from the Mexican Council of Radiology and Imaging (mandatory). **Experience and Knowledge** * Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitals or healthcare institutions. * Knowledge of radiological safety protocols. * Proficiency in operating and interpreting diagnostic imaging equipment. * Focus on diagnostic quality, patient safety, and multidisciplinary teamwork. **We Offer** Gross monthly salary: $44,100 **Benefits and Perks:** * Punctuality bonus: 10% * Attendance bonus: 10% * Grocery vouchers: $1,060 per month * COVA bonus: 32% of base salary, subject to KPI achievement (up to $14,117 per month) * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Cafeteria service Interested candidates are invited to apply through this same channel; we will contact you as soon as possible.
