Supervision of maintenance across various technical areas A company dedicated to providing maintenance services to department stores is currently seeking: **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience as a team leader or Maintenance Manager * Experience in air conditioning, electrical, electromechanical, and conservation maintenance * ***MUST NOT LIVE MORE THAN 1 HOUR FROM THE WORK LOCATION*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise maintenance activities for air conditioning, electrical, electromechanical, and conservation systems * Administrative tasks (reports, maintenance plans, payroll, petty cash) * Personnel management **BENEFITS** * Salary: $20,000 tax-free * Bi-weekly payments * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Monday through Saturday work schedule; Sunday off **WORK LOCATIONS:** * Liverpool Polanco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
