Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (recent graduate, intern, or certified professional). Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable. ERP system proficiency (BPRO preferred but not mandatory). Intermediate Excel skills (databases, formulas, data cross-referencing, filters, and tables). Analytical ability. Experience using online banking portals. What would be your responsibilities? Preparation of payment portfolios for suppliers, recording of accruals, and filing of liabilities. Supplier support via email and telephone. Electronic invoicing (use of CFDI, payment method and form, SAT key). Recording and application of advance payments. Management of payments to suppliers and service providers. Payment scheduling and submission of payment receipts. Preparation of bank reconciliations. Handling various administrative tasks.
