JOB OBJECTIVE Receiving, picking, and placing materials using forklifts and work tools such as electric pallet jacks and picking carts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure physical receipt of materials and timely system registration in the ERP system; report discrepancies upon arrival. Assign storage locations in the system according to the physical location of goods. Ensure materials are placed accurately according to the locations indicated in applicable systems. Perform routine physical inventory counts to ensure system and physical inventory accuracy; promptly report any discrepancies identified. Identify and report materials visually identified as overstocked, obsolete, or damaged. Execute organization-mandated physical inventories. Ensure preparation, delivery, and system recording of materials per picking instructions; report possible discrepancies. Participate in cyclical inventory counts. REQUIREMENTS Education: Minimum high school diploma or technical degree. Software: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite. Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative warehouse assistant. Completed high school education and/or incomplete university degree. Basic knowledge of administrative systems.
