Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Salesperson / Sales Advisor to provide customer service and manage point-of-sale operations, with a passion for fashion and skills in visual merchandising. RETAIL SALESPERSON / SALES ADVISOR PROFILE • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; interest and enthusiasm for fashion and textile trends. • Proficiency in PC operation, Microsoft Office Suite, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. • Gender: Unrestricted. • Age: 22–45 years old. • Letters of recommendation from the last two employers — verifiable references are mandatory. • Minimum education: High school diploma. • Residence near Miguel Ángel de Quevedo metro station. • Professional appearance. RESPONSIBILITIES • Customer service and consultation: Manage point-of-sale operations and ensure an excellent shopping experience, requiring skills in communication, service orientation, persuasion, organization, basic mathematics, and POS systems knowledge to advise on products, process sales, and maintain an attractive, orderly environment—thereby building customer loyalty. • Merchandise management. • Store maintenance: Maintain order and cleanliness in the store. • Inventory control. • Accurate processing of product payments and returns, handling cash and POS systems. • Visual merchandising: Collaborate in organizing and attractively displaying merchandise on shelves and counters (mannequins).
