Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Recruitment Specialist to ensure staffing coverage across branches, conducting sourcing, interviews, and file management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in recruiting for operational positions, preferably in retail. 2. Proficiency in interview methods and psychometric tests. 3. Conducting candidate sourcing, interviews, and preparing candidate reports. FIX FERRETERIAS — We are a group of self-service retail establishments specializing in hardware products, with locations across several cities in the Mexican Republic. We are seeking: Operational Recruitment Specialist Objective: To staff operational personnel across company branches. Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in operational recruitment, preferably within the retail sector. Knowledge of various interview methods, administration of psychometric tests, and posting job vacancies across multiple electronic platforms. Experience traveling. Two-year stability in most recent position. Responsibilities: Sourcing external candidates for operational positions. Preparing candidate reports for delivery. Posting job vacancies across various recruitment channels. Conducting in-person and remote candidate interviews. Compiling personnel files. Processing new hires in the payroll system.
