The selected candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, and ensuring a courteous and efficient experience at our facilities. Main Responsibilities: Answer and route telephone calls. Activities with the Human Resources department. Receive and guide visitors and customers. Manage correspondence and packages. Support basic administrative tasks. Maintain the reception area tidy and presentable. Excellent information and email management skills. Requirements: Corporate appearance. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or reception. Intermediate proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, email). Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
