Position Summary: Dünnpharma is seeking a Production Assistant with no prior experience to perform pharmaceutical product packaging, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Support across various areas of the production process. **Dünnpharma**, a pharmaceutical company specializing in the manufacture of controlled drugs, is expanding and seeking the following new team member: **Production Assistant (No Experience Required) – Packaging Operator** Your objective will be to execute pharmaceutical packaging activities while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPM) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP/BPD), guaranteeing that products are packaged, identified, recorded, and delivered according to established procedures, and maintaining cleanliness, order, and control at all stages of the process. The **key responsibilities and activities** include: 1\. Preparation and Cleaning * Prepare cleaning solutions according to applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Perform cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring compliance with GMP. * Verify that cleaning activities are properly documented per GDP requirements. 2\. Identification and Control * Accurately identify areas, equipment, processes, products, raw materials, and supplies at each stage of the operational process. * Verify that bulk, semi-finished, and finished products are properly identified as required. * Review issued packaging orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper identification. 3\. Execution of the Packaging Process * Package products in accordance with the approved packaging instruction. * Operate packaging equipment for which you have received training, including but not limited to: \- Blister machines \- Coders \- Conveyor tables * Carton assembly equipment * Maintain real-time, complete, and legible records, complying with GDP. * Prepare materials for return to the warehouse when applicable. 4\. Raw Material and Supply Control * Reconcile supplies at the end of each process. * Report any deviations, shortages, or discrepancies detected. * Dispose of process-generated waste in accordance with internal procedures. 5\. Equipment Maintenance and Operation * Generate work orders for corrective equipment maintenance when required. * Verify basic operational status of equipment before starting activities. * Report any anomalies, variations, or failures detected during the process. 6\. Support Activities * Provide support to other areas of the production process upon request. * Participate in format changes, line start-ups, and preparation activities. * Contribute to maintaining order and cleanliness in your work area (housekeeping principle). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education. * Must reside within a maximum 30-minute commute from the site (located two blocks from Casa Toño Las Águilas).
