




Job Summary: Temporary weekend screening nurse responsible for awareness-raising, rapid testing, sample collection, and follow-up of patients with risk factors. Key Highlights: 1. Report management and treatment adherence follow-up **WEEKEND SCREENING NURSE** **WORK LOCATION: GENERAL HOSPITAL (NOT A CONTRACT WITH THE HOSPITAL)** **TEMPORARY FOR SIX MONTHS** **SCHEDULE: SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS, FROM 8:00 AM TO 8:00 PM** **Main Responsibilities:** · Participate in talks and awareness-raising activities for groups of patients with risk factors. · Administer the risk factor questionnaire and rapid test to individuals reporting possible risk of illness. · Collect blood samples from patients. · Send samples to the laboratory for PCR testing. · Maintain sample registration records. · Ensure and maximize treatment adherence. · Report adverse events experienced by patients. · Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner. · Adhere to activity scheduling and follow-up. · Report daily incidents to the diagnostic supervisor. · Promptly identify and refer patient issues related to treatment adherence. · Meet scheduled monthly quotas. **Requirements:** · Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Professional License) · One year of experience interacting with patients, administering rapid tests, and collecting samples. · Desirable experience conducting surveys and patient programs, addressing environmental challenges, and administrative controls. **Skills:** * Goal-oriented work. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy. * Teamwork. * Organization and control.
