




Position Summary: IT Delivery Manager with experience in logistics and eCommerce, leading technical projects, implementing interfaces, and ensuring end-to-end execution with a strong strategic focus. Participation in defining business rules and operational governance. **The candidate must meet the following job specifications:** **Education**: Systems Engineering degree or related field. **General:** IT Delivery Manager with technical experience leading logistics projects **implementing interfaces for communication between eCommerce and 3PL**, possessing strong strategic knowledge of logistics, merchandising, allocation, warehouse, and store distribution processes. Responsible for ensuring end\-to\-end execution as well as on-time and on-spec project delivery. Specialist in coordinating complex distribution flows, including Ladder Plan, Seasonal Allocation, Holdings Release (Push Model), and automated generation of Original Orders, integrating key systems ERP \- WMS. Specialist in integrations with SAP ECC, Pentaho, and 3PL. Project management is **50% English, 50% Spanish**. **Key responsibilities of the position:** * Lead the technical aspects with vendors. * Lead the technical aspects with development teams. * Lead the technical aspects with SAP teams. * Technical project capability to achieve corporate objectives. * Lead design workshops (in English and Spanish). * Lead comprehensive testing (SIT/UAT). * Participate in defining business rules and operational governance, ensuring visibility, traceability, and inventory control from receipt through shipment. * Responsible for communication among internal stakeholders and global teams, driving practical, scalable solutions aligned with the client’s business model. **Minimum mandatory requirements for the position:** * **Fluent English (speaking and writing \- \*mandatory)** * **4+ years of experience serving as a "Delivery Manager" (technical role) in logistics projects integrating eCommerce with 3PL.** * 4+ years of technical experience in Merchandising\-driven Allocation & Store Distribution projects. * 4+ years of technical experience in logistics projects. * 4+ years of technical experience coordinating testing, master data, and operational readiness. * 4+ years of cross\-functional leadership focused on results. * 4+ years of technical experience managing development and support implementations. * Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English and Spanish), with ability to effectively interact with business colleagues, technical teams, and senior management. **Desirable technical knowledge:** * Experience in projects involving Proscai ERP. * Experience in projects involving SAP MM. * Experience in projects involving Pentaho. * Experience in projects involving 3PL. **Required skills and competencies:** * Conscious Leadership. * Teamwork. * Decision Making. * Effective Communication. **Mandatory language and proficiency:** * Fluent \- Advanced English (mandatory) **Compensation structure** * Hybrid (published salary range is net monthly) **Employment type** * Project-based (fixed-term or work contract) Employment type: Full-time, Fixed-term or work contract Salary: $60,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please tell us how many projects you have participated in as a "Delivery Manager"?
