Position Summary: We are seeking a drafter to develop expertise in HVAC and MEP system design for industrial projects, with a focus on drawing preparation and updating, as well as technical support. Preparation and updating of HVAC drawings Drafter (Engineering Projects) We are looking for a drafter interested in developing expertise in HVAC and MEP system design to participate in engineering industrial projects. Requirements: Education: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a drafter (preferred) (Relevant experience in projects, internships, technical service, or professional practice will be considered.) Knowledge: · Interpretation and preparation of HVAC/MEP drawings · Familiarity with standards (ASHRAE, NOM, NFPA preferred) · Basic knowledge of thermal load calculations · Basic selection and review of HVAC equipment Software: \- AutoCAD (mandatory) \- Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \- Revit (preferred) Responsibilities: \- Development and updating of HVAC drawings (floor plans, sections, isometrics, diagrams, equipment schedules, etc.) \- Support in preparing calculation reports, material and equipment quantifications for various HVAC projects. \- Review of technical information for equipment (data sheets, technical questionnaires, typical equipment installation details, etc.) \- Tracking of documentation delivered for various projects.
