We are looking for a dynamic, operational, and execution-focused professional capable of providing comprehensive project tracking for architectural projects, on-site construction supervision, and coordination with suppliers. What will you do? * Coordinate construction, renovation, and store opening projects. * Supervise proper execution of work with contractors and suppliers. * Conduct physical surveys and layout proposals. * Develop executive projects and track renovations. * Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and construction quality standards. * Monitor progress using logs and photographic reports. * Coordinate furniture, equipment, and materials for store openings. * Manage documentation and procedures related to construction and building works. * Resolve technical issues on site. * Maintain direct communication with suppliers and internal departments. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience as: * Construction Coordinator * Project Designer * Construction Supervisor * Retail Project Coordinator Mandatory experience in: * Store openings * Renovations * Retail sector * Construction supervision * Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. * Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and systems. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to travel. * Availability to work from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM when operational needs and construction schedules require it.
