Ensures compliance with tax and social security regulations A leading construction company is seeking: **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** We are looking for a Payroll Assistant focused on ensuring accurate payroll calculations and guaranteeing compliance with tax and social security obligations through expert use of **Aspel NOI** and its integration with **Aspel COI**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Payroll Management in NOI:** Execute the full payroll cycle (weekly/biweekly), including employee onboarding, offboarding, salary modifications, and calculation of variable components. * **Accounting Integration:** Perform journal entry interfacing from **NOI to COI**, ensuring accounting entries accurately reflect social security costs and benefits. * **Tax and Social Security Compliance:** Determine and validate calculations for income tax (ISR) and employer-employee contributions (**IMSS, RCV, Infonavit**) using complementary tools such as **SUA and IDSEI**, **SIPARE**. * **Annual and Special Processes:** Calculate year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), work risk premium declarations, and annual ISR adjustments. * **E-invoicing and Reconciliation:** Ensure correct e-invoicing (CFDI) of payroll documents and perform monthly reconciliations against SAT’s payroll viewer. * Salary updates and modifications **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in **Aspel NOI** (parameter configuration, perception/deduction formulas). * Proficiency in **Aspel COI** for journal entry registration and expense account management. * Solid understanding of the **Federal Labor Law**, **Social Security Law**, and **Income Tax Law**. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and data cross-referencing). * Experience managing SDI, weekly payroll, and biweekly payroll. **Competencies** * Precision and attention to detail (zero tolerance for calculation errors). * Analytical ability to resolve system discrepancies. * Organizational skills to meet strict payroll deadlines.
