Position Summary: Coordinate in-store e-commerce operations, ensuring merchandise delivery and managing customer complaints to deliver an optimal shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages in-store e-commerce operations 2. Coordinates merchandise delivery and customer service 3. Ensures customer satisfaction in Click & Collect (C&C) Join the El Palacio de Hierro family as a CLICK & COLLECT SUPERVISOR, where you will be responsible for ensuring in-store e-commerce (C&C) operations, coordinating the delivery process of merchandise to customers who purchase online, and providing timely follow-up on customer complaints and inquiries visiting the physical store. REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration · 2 years of experience in e-commerce RESPONSIBILITIES: · Handle customer calls and route them to the appropriate department. · Support merchandise delivery to customers at the C&C module. Handle customers while adhering to service protocols at C&C modules. · Maintain positive customer relationships by effectively resolving complaints and inquiries. · Receive in-store returns, cancellations, and physical exchanges for e-commerce sales. · Manage requests to transfer merchandise to the store where the customer wishes to pick up the product. · Validate shift schedules, vacation time, and payroll data to ensure adequate coverage. Enter data into the labor management system.
