Position Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Shift Supervisor with experience in medicine dispensing, inventory control, and supplier coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures proper handling and recording of pharmaceuticals **A leading pharmaceutical and medical device distributor is seeking:** **Pharmacy Shift Supervisor (SEDENA)** **We Offer:** * $12,500 Net Monthly * Statutory Benefits * Direct Employment Contract from Day One **Requirements:** * **Completed High School Diploma (certificate mandatory)** * **Availability** for rotating shifts **(morning, afternoon, and night shifts)** * **Mandatory** pharmacy experience * Valid personal documentation **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Sunday.** One day off on weekends. * Availability for weekly or biweekly rotating shifts: * Morning shifts: 6:00–14:00, 07:00–15:00, 09:00–17:00 * Afternoon shifts: 13:00–21:00, 14:15–22:15 * Night shift: 22:15–6:15 **Work Location:** SEDENA Medical Specialties Unit, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. **Responsibilities:** * Direct reporting of PHARMACOPEIA-related processes to the Pharmacy Manager * Filling prescriptions and dispensing medicines * Receiving medicines from suppliers, verifying details, and registering them in the system * Verifying medicine batch numbers and expiration dates * Returning medicines to suppliers as required * Quoting products in the system and generating pharmacy invoices * Recording temperatures of cold-chain pharmaceuticals using measuring instruments * Ensuring proper handling of medicines by applying the FIFO method * Organizing and relabeling products to guarantee correct identification * Conducting inter-pharmacy transfers following established procedures.
