Opportunity for growth Maintenance Assistant – Shopping Center **Description:** A major shopping center is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the preservation and proper functioning of its facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Support in preventive and corrective maintenance * Basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting) * Inspection of general facilities * Assistance with daily maintenance department tasks * Maintaining common areas in good condition **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: Junior high school * Basic maintenance experience (preferred) * Flexible availability (rotating shift schedule) * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills * Responsibility and punctuality **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary $12,000 / Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Timely payment * Job stability * Opportunity for growth **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); 6 working days per week with one weekday or weekend day off. 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Location:** Alvaro Obregón Borough / San Pedro de los Pinos.
