As **Infrastructure Coordinator**, you will be solely responsible for ensuring technological continuity of the office and enhancing operational efficiency through internal tool automation. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Vendor Management:** Managing and liaising with vendors for telecommunications, computing equipment, and office supplies. * **Control Development:** Building infrastructure in Excel (**Macros**), dashboard management systems, and process automation tailored to each department’s needs. * **Platform Management:** Technical maintenance, monitoring, and administration of portfolio platforms (**Softcredit and Cash in Business**). * **Technical Maintenance:** Preventive and corrective support for equipment, internet networks, and telecommunication services. * **Operational Control:** Managing inventories of technological assets and maintenance plans. * **Cybersecurity:** Implementing and monitoring information security protocols. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identifying and executing ongoing optimizations for the technology area. **Ideal Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in advanced technical support and IT coordination. * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced Excel (**Macros and Dashboards**) and network infrastructure. * **Mobility:** Willingness to occasionally travel to branches in: **State of Mexico:** Tultitlán, Atizapán, and Naucalpan. **Morelos:** Cuernavaca and Jiutepec. **We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $15,000\.00 to $20,000\.00 gross monthly (adjustable based on experience). * **Office Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (in-person at Benito Juárez). * **Saturdays:** 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM in **Remote Work** mode (on-site availability only for critical emergencies). * **Statutory Benefits.** We are a company that promotes and values diversity in all its forms.
