Loading, unloading, loading, unloading, and securing automotive and residential paint products in various containers ranging from half-liter cans to 900-kilogram containers; approximately 110 tons are handled per shift among 7 team members to fully load transport vehicles, which may include trailers, tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, or pickup trucks. The only tool used is a hydraulic pallet jack (primary function). Additional duties: cleaning, organizing, palletizing, strapping, labeling, inventory management, and assisting drivers (ramp loading). The plant is located in Tlalnepantla on Gustavo Bas Avenue and INFRA. Shifts rotate every 15 days: 1st shift Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; 2nd shift Monday to Friday only, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Salary is $2,695 per week, net (including bonuses), plus overtime pay; after 3 months, a retention bonus applies.
