




DESCRIPTION **Administrative HR / Recruitment (70% Remote, 30% Field)** ================================================================== **Job Objective:** Comprehensively manage administrative and recruitment processes, ensuring accurate file management, payroll administration, communication with the sales force, and timely fulfillment of headcount requirements for operations and clients. **1. Personnel Administration** ---------------------------------- * Control, compilation, and onboarding of physical and digital personnel files. * Onboarding and management of promoters with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) (via the designated responsible person). * Dispatch of customized employment contracts. * Management of contract terminations and signing of settlement agreements. * Monitoring of active headcount, new hires, departures, and exit interviews. * Dispatch of customized letters and ID badges per respective business unit. * Direct communication with the company’s operations team to schedule new hires. **2. Payroll and Social Security Administration** ------------------------------ * Weekly pre-payroll control and resolution of inquiries. * Support regarding IMSS social security coverage questions. Completion and follow-up of ST7 forms. * **3. Communication and Retention** -------------------------------- * Direct contact with the sales force for: * Administrative procedures. * Dispatch of virtual training modules. * Clarifications affecting their continued employment. * Management of WhatsApp groups. Implementation of basic staff retention initiatives. * **4. Recruitment and Vacancy Coverage** --------------------------------------------- * Posting and tracking of active job openings. * Recruitment through: * Social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, local job boards). * Recruitment platforms. * Field-based recruitment. * Recruitment campaigns. * Job fairs and local events. * Candidate screening, follow-up, and tracking until onboarding. Vacancy monitoring and reporting for submission to regional offices and clients. * **5. Recruitment Strategies** ------------------------------------ * Development and implementation of strategies to achieve full vacancy coverage. * Analysis of critical vacancies and high-turnover regions. * Daily tracking of candidate pipelines. * Optimization of recruitment sources based on effectiveness. * Coordination with operations to prioritize onboarding schedules. * Reduction of time-to-fill metrics. **6. Corporate Client Support** ----------------------------------------- * Direct client support for the brand. * Participation in daily and weekly meetings. * Regular submission of evidence via management groups. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. Completed or incomplete degree in: * Industrial/Occupational Psychology * Social Work * Business Administration or related field Personal computer equipment. Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media.
