Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to oversee, analyze, and coordinate administrative and operational processes, reporting financial findings and designing control policies. Our flagship product is high-performance coffee makers, targeted at offices, hotels, and wholesale distributors. **Position Objective** To supervise, analyze, coordinate, and control review activities of administrative and operational processes across the organization’s functional areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * General accounting for the group of companies. * Record transactions in the Accounting System (revenues, expenses, transfers). * Present reports to management regarding findings identified in financial and accounting reports. * Design, implement, and supervise internal control policies and procedures for the accounting department. * Collaborate in process automation, supporting implementation and proper use of accounting software, ERP systems, and automation tools. * Calculate and review inventory cost; control goods in transit. * Prepare cost and profit margin reports by product or service. * Analyze cost variances and propose corrective actions. * Issue and manage invoices or tax documents. * Coordinate external and internal audits. * Classify and analyze large volumes of accounting data using AI. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (Degree required, MANDATORY) * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience as a General Accountant. * Solid knowledge of Mexican tax and accounting regulations. * Interpretation and analysis of financial statements. * Intermediate English **We Offer** * Competitive base salary * Bonuses * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Working hours: Monday\-Friday **Work Location:** * Paseo de la Reforma (Near Plaza Reforma) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Experience: * B2B Marketing: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
