***BIDDING COORDINATOR***
**Requirements**:
· Education: Biomedical Engineering, Law, Economics-Administrative or related degree.
· Experience: Minimum 3 years conducting medical equipment or healthcare sector bidding (Mandatory).
· Proficiency in COMPRANET, PEMEX, and COMPRAMEX.
**Responsibilities**:
* Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from opportunity identification to award decision.
* Review bidding bases, requirements, and terms to ensure documentary compliance.
* Collect, compile, and safeguard all documentation required for bids and contracts.
* Develop and monitor work plans to meet timelines and deliverables for each bid.
* Participate in clarification meetings and track observations.
* Monitor contracts with government agencies and support internal clients.
* Manage registration and updates in government supplier registries.
* Request and track performance bonds, contract fulfillment, and bond release.
* Support activities related to sanitary registrations, legal documentation, technovigilance, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
