Job Objective: To serve as the first point of contact with prospects via outbound calls, presenting the company clearly and professionally to generate interest and transfer calls to the sales department for follow-up. Requirements: * Age: 18 to 31 years (Mandatory). * Completed high school education. * 6 months of call center experience. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Dynamic personality. Main Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospects, automated by the company. * Briefly, courteously, and persuasively present the company, its services, and benefits **(not sales)**. * Identify the prospect’s interest and willingness to proceed with the commercial process. * Timely transfer of calls to the sales department for specialized attention. We Offer: * Base salary: $9,000 net, salary increase at the 3rd month. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM\-6:30 PM. * Workplace: Paseo de la Reforma.
