STORE/CAFÉ MANAGER KRISPY KREME POLANQUITO oscar wilde 1 Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo (in front of Parque Lincoln) Responsibilities: Handle customer requests and complaints in a positive and professional manner until a satisfactory resolution is achieved. Responsible for properly assigning and reviewing work shift schedules among team members. Responsible for maximizing and optimizing all company-established processes. Responsible for monitoring the achievement of monthly sales targets. Immediately report any deviation, failure, or violation of company standards and policies to the Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Director, and/or Human Resources. Share responsibility with Human Resources in the hiring and selection process at the store, with the Manager making the final decision on candidates. Ensure compliance with all company policies. Create short- and medium-term action plans and objectives for employee retention and development. Coordinate marketing promotions within the store as designed by Krispy Kreme® to maximize sales. Develop work plans focused on sales growth, cost management, profit goals, and potential promotional initiatives. Lead and manage the store to ensure full achievement of company-set objectives. Prepare daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly store reports related to operations and administrative matters. Responsible for following safety procedures during opening and closing shifts. Serve and assist customers when necessary. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met both inside and outside the store. Ensure proper tracking of bank deposits. Your Recipe for SUCCESS: Completed Bachelor's degree or ongoing/truncated technical studies in economics, administration, social sciences, humanities, business, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year experience in similar roles. Minimum 6 months experience in foodservice, food retail, or related industry. Availability to work rotating shifts.
