Join our team as: **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance **Experience:** 2 years in general accounting **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Office suite, accounting standards, tax regulations, NOI, COI, IDSE, SUA, SAT; minimum of 1 year verifiable experience in a similar position **Knowledge in:** * Accounting records * Invoicing * SAT (platform usage) **Responsibilities:** * Use of Aspel COI and NOI systems * VAT refunds, submission of tax and labor obligations. * Monthly and annual calculation of federal taxes. * Accounting entries in COI for legal entities * Re-invoicing transactions between companies * Downloading tax status certificates and compliance opinions * Downloading information from one facture **Skills:** * Process-oriented * Responsible * Teamwork * Analytical. **WE OFFER:** * Base gross salary of $10,000.00 * Bonuses for punctuality, attendance, and productivity $3,000.00 * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits: Savings fund + 20 days of Christmas bonus + 40% vacation premium. **Our working hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
