




Job Summary: This position seeks a Payroll Assistant to ensure accurate high-volume payroll processing, manage affiliation-related personnel movements, and deliver complete information to Accounting. Key Highlights: 1. Manages weekly and biweekly payroll processing for a large number of employees. 2. Controls and validates payroll incidents, ensuring timely payments. 3. Requires attention to detail to prevent payment errors. **Payroll Assistant** **Job Objective** Ensure accurate payroll processing (weekly and biweekly) for a large number of employees, guaranteeing precision in incident handling, on-time payment compliance, proper management of affiliation-related personnel movements, and delivery of complete information to Accounting. **Key Responsibilities** * Processing weekly and biweekly payroll. * Handling high-volume employee rosters (minimum 200 employees). * Controlling, validating, and tracking payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, variable components, etc.). * Generating bank layout files and managing BBVA-based payments. * Using IMSS portals for affiliation-related personnel movements: registrations, terminations, and modifications. * Coordinating with Operations to ensure timely and complete receipt of required information. * Using tools such as Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Operating ERP or payroll systems (preferred: CONTPAQi Nóminas). * Prior experience in operational schemes (promotions, activations, field staff) is desirable. **Key Competencies** * **Organization and Control:** Ability to manage large volumes of information without compromising accuracy. * **Sense of Urgency:** Understanding the critical nature of payroll and correctly prioritizing tasks. * **Attention to Detail:** Identifying and preventing errors before they impact payments. * **Effective Communication:** Timely follow-up with Operations and requesting information promptly. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * % of payroll processed error-free * On-time payment compliance rate * % of incident reports received complete and on time * Number of post-payroll corrections * Response time to operational requests **Technical Skills** * High-volume payroll processing (200+ employees) * Intermediate/Advanced Excel (databases, data validation, cross-referencing) * Bank layout generation (BBVA) * IMSS portal usage (registrations, terminations, personnel movements) * ERP or payroll systems (preferred: CONTPAQi Nóminas) **Soft Skills** * High level of **organization and control** * Strong **sense of urgency** * **Attention to detail** (zero-error focus) * **Clear communication** with operational teams * Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume workloads **Requirements** * Minimum experience: 2–3 years in operational payroll * Education: Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred) **We Offer** * Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM * Work location: Tlalnepantla / CDMX (Col.
