Development in administrative and operational areas **ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Promotions)** We are looking for talent. **Objective** A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree, interested in developing expertise in administrative and operational functions within a promotions agency. A responsible, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with skills in database management, information control, and administrative process support. **Professional Profile:** *Education:* Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Accounting, or related field. *Minimum Experience:* 6 months **Requirements:** * Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Intermediate Excel skills (basic and logical formulas, pivot tables, filters, and database handling). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. * Ability to work in teams and follow instructions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Tracking job vacancies. * Data entry, updating, and database control. * Preparation and analysis of Excel reports. * Document control and administration. * Coordination and tracking of promotional activities. * Delivery and control of materials. * Incident resolution and support in operational tasks. **We Offer:** * Daily salary: $410.05 * KPI bonus: $175.74 * Monthly total: $17,573.76 * All statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth and learning in the promotions sector. * Dynamic and collaborative environment.
