We seek a candidate with proven experience in the field of telecommunications, capable of delivering training and supervising installation projects. The selected candidate must possess a solid understanding of telecommunications technologies and the ability to effectively transmit technical knowledge to work teams. The role will involve both on-site and remote work. We need someone able to travel to various locations to supervise installations, as well as coordinate and train remote teams. The ability to adapt to changing environments and to work both independently and collaboratively is essential. Prior experience in technical training and skills to develop and implement training plans are required. You must be able to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly. Problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams under your supervision will be valued.
