




Job Summary: Handle emergency and follow-up calls, comply with operational procedures, and manage critical situations via telephone. Key Responsibilities: 1. Emergency call handling and management (IN) and follow-up (OUT) 2. Telephone-based emergency situation handling 3. Communication with public security authorities and emergency services C4 MONITOR Provide necessary attention to emergency calls (IN) and follow-up calls (OUT), in compliance with established operational procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** **Operational:** * Answer all IN calls received during your shift. * Make all OUT calls to handle emergency calls. * Make all OUT calls for follow-ups on assigned cases. * Respond to requests received through communication channels with designated workgroups via WhatsApp and Telegram messaging services. * Conduct 100% of follow-ups on Severe and Extremely Severe cases generated during your shift. * Submit all reports for IN calls received during your shift, containing all relevant information for each case. **Knowledge and Experience:** * Emergency response experience, including accidents, fatalities, arrests, and others. * Telephone-based emergency situation handling. * Ability to understand the language used by individuals requesting emergency assistance. * Knowledge of the country's physical geography. * Desired experience includes working in Insurance Companies' Accident Control Rooms, Insurance Companies' Call Centers, Monitoring and CCTV departments.
