This role combines **systems administration, monitoring, automation, and financial operations support**, playing a critical part in maintaining high\-availability environments and transaction integrity. **Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure \& Systems** * Manage and support daily infrastructure operations (servers, databases, firewalls, storage, backups, VMs, containers) * Administer and maintain Windows and Linux environments * Work with virtualized environments (VMware) * Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security **Monitoring \& Performance** * Design and implement system and application monitoring * Analyze performance metrics and proactively identify issues * Work with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds * Support incident response and troubleshooting **Automation \& Continuous Improvement** * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes * Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency * Maintain up\-to\-date technical documentation (runbooks, diagrams, procedures) **FinTech Operations (SPEI)** * Monitor, reconcile, and validate financial transactions * Identify and resolve discrepancies in operations * Support same\-day settlement processes * Process returned transactions and report atypical activities * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations * Collaborate on operational controls and authorization processes **Required Qualifications** * 4\+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer * Strong experience with **SQL / MySQL databases** * Experience managing **Windows and Linux servers** * Hands\-on experience with **VMware or similar virtualization technologies** * Experience with **monitoring tools** (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, SolarWinds) * Experience with **scripting or automation** (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) * Understanding of **high\-availability and fault\-tolerant systems** **Nice to Have** * Experience working in **financial services or FinTech environments** * Knowledge of **SPEI operations or payment systems** * Familiarity with **Banxico regulations** * Experience with **containers (Docker, JBoss, etc.)** * Experience creating **technical documentation and network diagrams** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you describe your experience managing infrastructure environments (servers, databases, virtualization) and the main technologies you have worked with? * Have you worked with monitoring tools (such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds)?
