As well as ensure efficient CAPEX management, providing support in tracking new units and restaurant remodels, facilitating strategic decision-making aligned with the business's growth and profitability goals. What do you need to apply? * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, etc. * Intermediate level Excel skills * Knowledge of Financial Statements (P\&;L) * Financial modeling (preparation of investment projects, forecast) * ROI (Return on Investment) * Basic statistics What will be your responsibilities? * Develop the annual KFC brand Capital Investment (CAPEX) plan and support financial planning coordination with Semis and AMP. * Analyze capital investment (Capex) by business unit and category. * Analyze actual vs. planned variances, as well as impacts on cash flow on a monthly and quarterly basis. * Prepare presentation of results at brand level for executives. * Perform Rolling Forecast considering business trends and identifying areas of opportunity.
