A leading company in the tire and automotive service industry is seeking a Yard Manager for its Polanco branch: **Yard Manager** **Key Responsibilities:** Inspect the vehicle’s overall condition; monitor repair procedures, promised delivery time, and ensure that parts and tires match those specified in the work order; receive and deliver vehicles to customers in a courteous and respectful manner; inspect the condition of tools and equipment; oversee technicians’ appearance and conduct; supervise technicians to ensure proper use of tools, equipment, facilities, and the vehicle under repair; report any incidents or issues contrary to company policies to the branch manager. ***Education:*** * Technical degree and/or Engineering degree in Automotive Mechanics (completed) ***Experience:*** * 1 year as Yard or Workshop Manager with customer service experience * Knowledge of automotive mechanics, suspension, brakes, and scanner operation * Knowledge of tire services, mounting, balancing, and wheel alignment ***Skills:*** * Results-oriented * Customer service * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Leadership **WE OFFER:** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements 30 days’ year-end bonus Savings fund **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM !!!
