Work location: Naucalpan **Main Responsibilities** * · Visit bathroom furniture distributors across Mexico. * · Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors. * · Train distributors on products, features, and benefits. * · Schedule appointments and follow up on business opportunities and orders. * · Supervise proper product display at points of sale. * · Verify that products are in perfect condition for sale. * · Maintain a professional image and appropriate brand representation. * · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports (Excel format sent by email). * · Follow up on displays and communications across Mexico. * · Report daily to Management. * · Respond to emails and ensure timely commercial follow-up. **Requirements** * · Up to 40 years of age. * · Experience in bathroom furniture sales or a similar role. * · Willingness and ability to travel throughout Mexico. * · **Own vehicle** for client visits and/or ability to use public transportation. * · Valid Social Security number. * · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * · Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships. * · Ability to train and motivate distributors. * · Professional appearance and presentation. * · Responsible and committed to company objectives. **Competencies** * · Proactivity / Results orientation. * · Organization and planning. * · Effective communication / Pleasant and empathetic attitude. * · Independent and team-based work. **We Offer** * Compensation package: $12,000 monthly + Bonus + Travel allowance. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional growth.
