A leading construction company is seeking: PAYROLL MANAGER We are looking for a Payroll Manager with over 10 years of comprehensive experience in human capital management, specializing in end-to-end payroll processing and social security. The ideal candidate must possess strong strategic vision, financial analysis capability, and experience operating within strict regulatory environments (COI, NOI). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (Degree awarded). * **Payroll and ERP Systems:** Proficiency in tools such as SIP2000, PeopleSoft, SAP, NOI, and incident management systems. * In-depth knowledge of IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, as well as calculation of local taxes applied to various payroll percentages. * Coordinate and verify correct payroll disbursement within established fiscal and budgetary frameworks. * Ensure proper employee termination procedures to mitigate legal risks for the company. * Analyze and reconcile accounting records for loans and payroll system entries. * Manage relationships and negotiations with HR and insurance service providers. * Personnel administration. * Management of a core staff of \+1000 people **Required Professional Experience** * **Payroll Management:** Execution and supervision of ordinary, extraordinary, severance, and settlement payroll calculations. * **Social Security:** Administration of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT contributions. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (Degree awarded). * **Advanced Excel, ASPEL COI, ASPEL NOI.** * **Management of weekly and biweekly payroll.** Implement and monitor internal control policies and quality certifications (ISO 9001) **Competencies** * Accuracy and attention to detail (zero tolerance for calculation errors). * Analytical ability to resolve system discrepancies. * Organizational skills to meet strict payroll deadlines.
