Position Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst with experience in electronic invoicing and financial-administrative control, focused on analysis, organization, and operational expertise in the finance area. Financial control and bank reconciliations Treasury Analyst Do you have experience in treasury, electronic invoicing, and financial-administrative control? We are looking for an Invoicing Analyst with an analytical focus, strong organizational sense, and operational mastery of key finance-area processes. · REQUIREMENTS Availability to work during month-end closings (15th and 30th) Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in similar roles within treasury or invoicing departments · RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and monitor electronic invoicing Calculate VAT, subtotal, bank payments, and percentages Prepare payment complements Bank account control Operation of Banxico platform Execute payments across various banking platforms Schedule and execute payments Perform bank reconciliations and track movements Knowledge of invoices, PPD, PUE, payment complements, petty cash Review fiscal and administrative documentation to ensure proper integration Support activities related to closings and financial control.
