Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales and Export Analyst to manage the international commercial process, from prospecting through to delivery tracking and travel coordination. Key Highlights: 1. The following position is currently available: Sales and Export Analyst Requirements: • Preferred age: 23–30 years old • Excellent personal presentation • ADVANCED ENGLISH • Valid visa and passport (mandatory) • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commercial Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, or Marketing • Required experience: Minimum 6 months in Commercial, Customer Service, International Sales, or Bilingual Call Center roles. (Professional internships accepted) • Computer skills: Proficiency in PC usage • Skills: Excellent negotiation ability, strong verbal communication, outstanding attitude, and passion for sales. Responsibilities: • Quotations, new client prospecting, post-sales service • Review and management of export documentation. • Receiving and processing purchase orders. • Coordinating shipping plans and liaising with customs brokers. • Issuing certificates of origin and utilizing logistics calculation systems. • Tracking shipments, transportation, and deliveries. • International travel to attend trade fairs and visit clients and prospects.
